Follow me down the rabbit hole to gather more detailed information about the things we eat, drink and use every day. “Curiouser and curiouser!” - Alice, from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll

In today's world it seems like algorithms, utilized in whatever search engine you use, determines not only your truth but what habits you form, view points you have, but also your basic emotional view for your day. Algorithms are there as a tool to help us by feeding us what we are interested in but also by design, it brings us down a never ending hole that is peppered with items to "help us". I'm not going to delve into all the negative aspects of social media or the internet as a whole because I do believe there are more positives to be gained from this beautiful world wide web! Obviously, I am one spec in the cog hoping to connect with other people who are trying to live a simple authentic life, to find my tribe.

To think that we are able to, in an instant, communicate world wide all our thoughts, ideas, hopes and desires is an incredible concept. Yes, there is an endless amount of anger, hate, negativity but hasn't there always been? The information, as a whole, is more accessible and ultimately we can decide how to spend out time and what we want to focus on in the world.

I have found one site that has good news (https://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/), not just inspirational news, but things that occur around the world that isn't doom and gloom. Yes! This actually exists!

My hope is that someone out there reads this humble post and would like to share some more sites to enrich, educate and connect us in a positive way. I would love to hear your perspective.

PEAL is a journey that is unique to each of us and this blog is a place where I hope we can connect on our journey so that we may all evolve. Sharing our knowledge, our experiences in an environment that is judge free, label free and accepting of all our differences, challenges with an open mind with the intent of the well being of human kind and the earth we live on. However each of us specifically defines that is not the focus, instead, I hope to have a place where we can all learn from each other and grow.
