Salad with Roasted Veggies
Ingredients
Mixed Greens or Kale
1/2 head of green cabbage, roughly chopped
1/2 head of red caggabe, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Pink salt and cracked black pepper to taste
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
Directions
1) Cut green and white cabbage and place in saute pan with EVOO or water and spices. Options to add are: oregano, cajun spice, italian seasoning, dried or fresh parsley, onion, red pepper, cumin, your taste buds are the limit!

2) Saute on medium heat, covered pan for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure it doesn't burn. If cabbage begins to stick to pan simply add a bit more EVOO or water.

3) Meanwhile, put your salad greens together.
4) Once the cabbage is sautéd to your liking, simply place desired amount on top of your salad, drizzle your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!
